my least favourite sailor scout. she is bossy, annoying, always tries to outdo serena, and always tries to hog all the boys, but she never gets them cause she's a bitch!!! why did i draw my least favourite? like i always say, to abuse things, you must first understand them, by drawing the character it is easier for me to get into their headspace. oh...that's right, rei doesn't have any headspace..
