Excellent; almost canon to Sir. J.M. Barrie's original concept. The only changes I would make is to remove the pointed ears (that's a Diz-nee-ism; Peter is a normal British boy), and as only his eyes were described as being remarkable, he would have more likely been a brunette, as was most common in England in the mid-19th Century where Peter is said to originate from. I accept that modern conceptions have mutated Peter from the 7-8 y/o that Barrie intended him to be into a 12-13 year old, but I still hope to see a true "Peter Pan" someday. Still, your version of him is quite excellent, and Peter does tend to be a very personal interpretation for most people.
The costume is a good derivation, seeing as Peter's actual outfit doesn't lend itself well to "legal" graphical representation (just the bare minimum covered with "skeleton leaves"; leaves that have lost all the "flesh" and are nothing but the stiffer veins of the leaf. A little more risquΓ©)

This is a quite old drawing, if I re-drew it now, I'd probably do it quite differently... Including removing the pointed ears. Peter's outfit is indeed a bit difficult to draw without making it too revealing...
