I've gone and created a One Piece fancharacter for myself. Mildly inspired by my avi on Gaia--That fluffy, feathery coat thing is just too cool. Kinda reminds me of Doflamingo, but not nearly as flamboyant. xD Tried to think up a name for her... but I don't know how to make it fit the OP world. HOW DOES ODA NAME HIS CHARACTERS?? They're all so quirky... idek.Using *sweetsweetsunshines 's suggestion and naming her Lucia. Thanks!
