To answer question 1: It's a drawing. They don't have to follow real-world science. To answer question 2: Well, I for one only find these drawings attractive because I know they're not real people and won't die. But I also kinda respect real-life gainers because of how brave they have to be to not care about what other people think about them. And how they're willing to risk their life to do something they honest to God enjoy.

Wow. Your art style is beautiful, the lines are clean, the shading is decent. Personally, I love the different coloured outlines you draw on each piece of art you make. However, I suggest that you should start putting these under mature content. Some people can be quite disturbed by this fetish and start 'hating' on you (as seen below). I also suggest you try drawing different kinds of pictures. It could help you improve on your art.
