That's just a thing. I'm not comfortable with drawing female inflation either, however I try to get out of my comfort zone. Prisonsuit probably would be more popular if he drew female. Some people aren't comfortable drawing a certain gender, like how some would rather draw furry instead of human.

Really he should draw what he enjoys to draw and it just so happens that he can get paid for them. Now that I think about it it's like forcing Picasso to draw more realistic art. If he's getting fans from what he does then why go out of comfort zone? If I'm correct he does have an actual job as well.
