I drew this a while ago and just got around to finishing coloring it
This is my Sailor Elpis in her Princess Nadica form. She is the "ruler" of her planet, so she's probably mostly seen wearing some royal attire to the public. I had a hard time with coloring the chair x_x;; and the rug, wow I REALLY need to practice more on things that aren't people and clothing because I suck haha.Don't forget I created an art blog tumblr!
