DONE! gah, my back hurts.. Albus has pudgy nose like Ginny!!! XDthis is albus severus potter on his sorting day where he is sorted into ravenclaw. based on the fanfiction [link] . I modified the sentences a little bit to make it my own

Hermione was almost a Ravenclaw. They aren't all bad, any more than all Slytherins are bad. Slytherin doesn't fit Albus at all. It'd be Gryffindor or Ravenclaw probably.

Care to elaborate on that? Or to explain what Gryffindor or Ravenclaw qualities he displays in the very short scene we see in the epilogue? He certainly doesn't seem particularly brave, and there is little to suggest great intelligence or eccentricity either.Β
There is one thing, however, that hints at Slytherin - he is genuinely afraid of being put in Slytherin house, and Harry knows that only that could have forced him to reveal his fear to his father. This suggests that he has enough Slytherin qualities to make him seriously believe that he could be Sorted there, and also that he normally prefers to conceal his emotions and worries, rather than wearing his heart on his sleeve, as a Gryffindor would. Couple that with his obvious and apparently quite destructive rivalry with his very Gryffindor brother, and it seems to me that if any house is hinted at for Albus more than another, it has to be Slytherin. I won't even mention the whole A.S.P/asp thing... which I just mentioned... :/
That's not to say it's a dead cert, and I do quite like the idea of him being in Ravenclaw (despite my distaste for that house), but Slytherin *would* be very fitting IMO, especially since it would almost be like seeing how Harry could have turned out if he hadn't had his head filled with biased and simplistic Gryffindor propaganda before being sorted. "You could be great, you know..."

Hi, I'm a Ravenclaw and I do agree with what your saying.
Not all Ravenclaws are mean and judgemental, to be honest Luna would probably have been my best friend at Hogwarts. =^-^=
I also believe that Albus would be best in Slytherin for two reasons.
1. 'cos that is what Rowling said.
2. All of your reasons
I think this will also start to clear the whole 'Slytherin is evil' stereotype.Β

Well written and a good artwork, but I'm afraid an "asp" would not do well in a tower full of eagles. He belongs in the snake house.
And before you say his initials aren't important, just think of how names in the Potter books often reflect personality or abilities.Β
