How do you create the dashed lines in photoshop? Like the ones dividing the twitter posts?

its quit very simple take a text tool and draw this(-) you will get your dashed line you can even manage the spacing between the line by using filter

I agree with Brukhar - footer needs more work. The rest is fine.

Almost every link (such as the navigation items etc) are capitalized and the footer links are not, I would capitalize those too.
As for the rest of the layout, only thing I actually dislike is the movie player. But other than that I think it's a good looking template!
