His folded hands give the impression as if he (from the name I guess it is a boy?) knows the secrets of the universe and is about to share a tiny little bit of his wisdom with us mere mortals who creep the earth. Whereas (s)he is only happily glueing his hands with the remaining cream!
I SO love this picture. It got me tacked to the monitor!
