I occasionally have urges to turn TF2, an incredibly silly cartoon shooter, into something kind of depressing and sentimental. Good to know what I drew came off as sad...and sweet! :'D

Yeah! I tried to make the tree the main focus of the story actually, kind of as..a metaphor of heavy/medic's relationship and life. I kind of failed in that aspect. QQ

Aw, couldn't the tree have survived them? Or at least add a 5th picture, where it's spring again and a little sapling, born from the old tree, is unfolding its leaves.
