Thank you!  It's my favorite thing that I bake; the finished product is bars of chocolate raspberry bread dipped in a dark chocolate ganache

Ingredients
1.5 cups flour
1.5 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup butter (softened)
1 8ounce package of cream cheese
4 eggs
1.5 TSP vanilla
1.5 TSP baking soda
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
2 cups raspberries
For the ganache
12 ounces dark chocolate chips
12 ounces heavy whipping cream

Bread Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 350Fahrenheit
2) On medium to high speed, cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar
3) One at a time, on high speed, add eggs and vanilla, beat until very fluffy
 4) On high, beat in one cup of raspberries at a time until batter is pink and most berries are thoroughly blended
5) Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt into a separate bowl, combine with a whisk until fully incorporated 
6) On medium speed, blend dry mixture into raspberry batter
7) Fold in mini chocolate chips
8) Divide batter evenly between two greased and floured loaf pans
9) Bake for 60-70 minutes
10) Allow to cool thoroughly before continuing
11) Cut bread down the middle the long way, and then perpendicular in roughly one inch bars
12) Dip and thoroughly coat each bread-slice in ganache
13) Allow to chill on wax paper until set(very good chilled in the fridge for a few minutes, pressing fresh raspberries into the ganache also makes for a beautiful garnish)

Ganache Instructions
1) Bring cream to a simmer on stove
2) In a heatsafe bowl, pour heated cream over dark chocolate chips
3) Whisk together until mixture is smooth and dark
