It's no use. I can't see any individual people at this size. I meant to make this city only 1/10 as small as I actually did. It was supposed to take up the entire table. And that oceanfront is probably going to spill across the table and dry up.

Let me think about what to do. The shrinking machine gets very finicky if I try to use it to make anything bigger, so I don't think partially restoring your size is an option. Should I shrink another city to the correct size and place it around you? Would you like some giant neighbors? No; they'd probably beat you up or something. If I could figure out how to move you, maybe I could put you on a desk with a microscope. And then I could use this table for a proper-sized city. But how do I do that? I guess I'll just leave you here until I figure it out.
