I was passing by on an escalator and it was too dark to normally photograph, but then I saw the brilliantly dressed woman picking up her bag, and quickly grabbed the camera pumping up the ISO and setting the shutter speed real slow, slower than I would usually. Luckily, it came out nice and sharp. Quite lucky of me!

and thats not luck, you're experienced.
like that position you must be fast for adjustment.
