Yeah, I do that all the time. I used to go and pause in certain scenes then take a picture or screenshot and use that as a reference for screenshot art, but IDK I haven't had time to do so lately. I want to do a screenshot thing of that end scene in Predacons Rising, where Prime just looks back and smiles at the other bots before he leaves them(I love that scene so much lol), so maybe I'll do that this weekend, IDK. If I don't have any homework.

That scene is fried into my brain, it was one of my favorite parts of the movie, so it's unlikely I'll forget. Hmm....I was thinking about drawing a good death scene...the other night, I found Ratchet's death scene from TF4 on Youtube, and I ended up playing it slowly out to try and find a good screenshot reference, then it occurred to me what a horrible person I might be lol.
