I love mariliths. those swords, hands, and the perspective of them are really well done.
I like your take on the creature in this one, too. I always prefer red/flesh color, though. Green is more Medusa for me.

Demons come in all shapes and colors. It's part of being Chaotic. I had a red merilith in a previous piece, so I went for something new.

Orange-yellow with brown markings then, or reddish-purple with dark purple markings. Just suggestions! You pulled off the green well, just not my favorite combo for Mariliths since there are other snake women who are normally green.

Technical question. As a reptile, what exactly is the biological function for breasts for this creature? What are they for? Surely not to attract a mate. I would think a reptilian male would be udderly (hehe, udderly) offended by such overtly mammilian traits as bubees.

She's a demon, not a reptile. She's supposed to have the upper half of a humanoid female; thus... breasts.

Aha, so as a demoness, she is designed to be enticeful to weak will male humans for her deadly beauty. That makes much more sense when you put it that way.
