Yes, this was drawn for "Rise of the Drow" by adventureaweek.com. They just finished their Kickstarter to combine all of the adventures into one super-module to be released in hardback.

Ah...I love this piece....there;s so much going on in it, and that matron is stomping a mud hole in that group of adventurers.....lol.
