(Wikipedia) A kumiho (gumiho) (Korean pronunciation:Β [kumiho]; Hangul: ꡬ미νΈ; Hanja:Β δΉε°Ύη, literally "nine-tailed fox") is a creature that appears in the oral tales and legends of Korea. [1] Deriving from ancient Chinese myths and folklores, a fox that lives a thousand years turns into a kumiho, like its Japanese and Chinese counterparts. [2] It can freely transform, among other things, into a beautiful woman often set out to seduce boys, and eat their liver or heart (depending on the legend).
So is this a liver or heart kumiho?

Excellent question, Berry!
When the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game introduced kitsune a few years ago, they tended to make their "true forms" human shaped foxes, which is sort of important for a player race but doesn't fit with much of the established mythology. The kumiho are designed around the idea that they're the traditional fox shaped tricksters and shapechangers, and have insane levels of magical power. Some are monstrous and attack people to devour their hearts (and they even have a few special attacks in-game that reflect this). Others just want to be left alone and play cruel pranks / grant treasures to adventurers who happen upon them.
In short, they use the Korean name and their attacks reference heart-eating more than liver-eating, but they're designed in a way that lets them fill whatever East Asian magical fox niche you need filling in your campaigns. Hope this helped!

I have no idea. I was just paid to draw it.
You will have to buy the PDF to find that out.
