Wilder, a juvenile delinquent whose anger at the world (and being rejected by the Dreadnoks) led to her being adopted into the Decepticons by the Decepticon tactician, Storm Surge, who she's come to see as a maternal figure. She's eager to please her "mother" and prove her worth to the Decepticons, the first real family she's ever had.
