i make the texture, i scanned a coin and retouched in photoshop, and the bump map too, in the same way.. thanks for comment

but i believe that the shadows beneath the coins need some modifications ti needs to be darker where the coin touches the ground IMHO

Yeah, it's definitely a rendered image... it's not quite a perfect illusion. Though I'd sell a few souls (not mine!) for a look at those material settings....
