For this next building tip, I will show you how to make an Inner Exhibit Viewing Area, it may sound complex, but it is actually very simple to build.
REQUIRED MODS:
None, you can easily build it in default Zoo Tycoon 2.
STEP 1: To start, just simply build a large exhibit, it doesn't matter what shape it is, it doesn't matter what creatures are in it, and it also doesn't matter what fences you use, just have it large enough to build the viewing area inside.
STEP 2: Next, you have to build a smaller area inside the main exhibit using any fence that is recommended for your selected creature, for this I used the Coelophysis from Walking With Dinosaurs.
STEP 3: Now here is the trick to building these, with the name "Inner Exhibit Viewing Area", it almost sounds like you can't get into it, but you can, with the help of elevated paths. Build the elevated path from the inside of the viewing area to the outside of the main exhibit, make sure to have the elevated path go high enough so it doesn't come into contact with the fences, or else you won't be able to get into the viewing area, also have it high enough for the creature you selected can walk underneath it, you may need to make some adjustments to the viewing area for this to work.
STEP 4: Finally, just path the viewing area, finish up the exhibit for your selected animal using their required needs, place some benches and a donation box, and you have yourself an Inner Exhibit Viewing Area.
