It's pretty good, - the subject we all can relate to. But as previously said, try not to regret things you've done, just learn from them. I had a difficult time moving on from past situations and did regret things, but you just have to keep reminding yourself that it is the past and you have your future to ahead of you to make it how you want. Oh, and for constructive criticism with your piece... I just noticed that you used many broad adjectives like "stupid, dangerous, self-destructiveness." --- Maybe to make it more personal, detailed, and effective, branch from the idea of the poem, maybe a even a line from it and really go in depth describing a regret (for example), or an act of self-destruction, but really get into it. Just a little advice that has helped me sometimes, but sometimes what you write the first time is just how you want it

Interesting piece, I think it's something that we can all relate to pretty well. I know I've done/said things that afterwards I've been like " damn, I wish I could take that back". Don't regret the things you though, only regret the things you didn't do.
