Description I've decided to do a bit of color practice.
It did not turned out too bad.
Howver I still wonder how to make the object pop out as being 3D (even though I'm aware that not having a proper background is not helping).
The snake could surely used a lot of refining, but it's my first one and I'd rather focus on the humans for now.
I left the hair very simple because I could not manage to do something decent with more details.
The hand, despite being quite decent, could use a bit more work.
I've struggled to find the right tones for the skin. Looking at other painting I found that mine was a bit too dark, yet when I tried to increase the lightness a bit it quickly became too bright and not beautiful at all.

I also left the colours used on the canvas in case someone may be interested. (some of the colors used were directly taken on the fly via the color wheel and are not represented in the color palettes.)

Feel free to comment!

Photoshop CS6
Wacom CTE-450

**EDIT**

I've just noticed that the color of the sreen I paint on and my other screen are quite different (my painting screen seems to have less saturated and lighter colors). So do not hesitate to tell me if the colors really seem to have a defect.

Haha! Don't say that, I think you're going to reach your objectives before you even know it

Thank you
It's my most advanced piece of art so far, and it highlights quite well the fact that I have still a long path to go before I reach my objectives
