Day 3: Mythical Creatures of the 7 Day Art Challenge.ΒDragons have always been my favorite mythical creature. Many times, dragons are often feared and seen as malevolent monsters in stories, but actually, in some Asian cultures, dragons were always revered because they were believed to be the bringers of rain for crops.
Thus, I wanted to portray the scary and all-powerful dragon as a benevolent creature instead.
Done with watercolors and a cheap BIC pen. Don't need no fancy markers! (Although I would like them lol).
