I hate it when pictures always look better in real life :/Anyway, I tried to include somethings that were important to Luffy in the background but I forgot some things.
*sigh*Oh well. I know people like to rag on the One Piece style a lot and even though it isn't my favorite manga style, it is so unique and recognizable.
For a lot of manga pictures, I can't really tell the difference between them, but I can always recognize a One Piece styled picture. Still, I find the style hard to recreate so I drew Monkey D. Luffy in my own style. And yes, that black thing in the background is a big letter D.
I'm planning to draw more pictures like this for the other Straw Hat crew members too, so look forward to that.

& I also think it's really difficult to recreate Oda's style, although I can't really tell why, because his style is not that complex in my opinion. o.o

Yeah, his style isn't that complicated, but I remember trying to copy his style is just really hard for me. Who knows?

Could you tell me what God Usopp means? :-D I've read it multiple times but I've never understood it. ^^
I'm new into One Piece, I just started watching it again in January (I used to watch it for a short time when it first aired in Germany...I think in 2003 :-D) & I'm only at episode 490. ^^
