In the old game Gorkamorka the grot rebel's symbol was a red star, plus their special character was called Da Red Gobbo.

...if I end up playing against someone using this army theme, remind me NOT to use my 30-strong unit of grots. The last thing I need is my cannon fodder going turncoat.

Well there is some good news about the Grots. In the new ork codex, grots are the main shooters now. They have a balistics skill of 3, and also they took control of the killa kans.
Basically the Orcs have become even more nuts than they used to be.

Oh my god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love this idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Though it seems too small to be a Ork so instead I plan on saying he's a bigger Grot.

Hmm... Actually it could be a great and very smart diversion by Imperium - train Grotz to rebel against Orkz, thus weakening Ork threat
Just like the planet, where Nids and Orkz still fight equally with each other...
