I had the weirdest dream last night. It started with the discovery of a massive skeleton in the abyss. Or maybe it was a fossil. In any case, "experts" couldn't tell if it was a skeleton or a creation from ancient cultures, because of the strange designs on the skeleton/fossil. It was later found out that the skeleton belonged to a dragon-type-creature, and the designs were made during the decay, when the creature's scales were impressed on the bone.

I may upload sketches of the dragon-type-creature, which I've taken to calling Apocalypse. Yes, later in the dream, the offspring of this creature returned and plagued the world, but that's a summary for a different drawing.

The small thing illuminating a part of the vertebrae is actually Alvin. It's more to show the sheer size of this ...thing.

I timed this. Eight Very Long Hours. Done with a mechanical and coloured pencils. I don't think I've spent this long on any art for many years...
