Description I so like the look of oil and water on bare skin... So tonight I decided to break out the studio lights and go to town I had loads more fun this time than the last, though it's still insanely difficult to manage taking my own picture while I'm all oily and wet I did at least have the foresight to adjust all the lights before I got started, and this time around I had my whole living room to move around in instead of just the small doorway like before It was loads of fun, but I think I once again failed to get any close up shots... Oh well, gives me an excuse to do it again someday!!

thanks! I was using two lights, one just off camera to the right and behind me, and one farther away to the left and in front of me

Suggestion, when you are trying to shoot and your all sort of oily or sticky, try using a light weight mop handle like on the little swifter floor pad things, to trip the shutter with so the timer is activated with you already in focus and at about the right placement. Helps a lot with closeups too, yet still gives you time to get into the pose.

spirits bless,
Marion

hehe I have a remote But it gets all oily and messy too, plus I'm prone to wanting to change angles and lighting settings while I'm shooting... Never good when I'm all oiled up

Ah, in that case put it in a sandwich bag, works wonders and you can still work the buttons.
