Download the brush set (in the top right-hand corner), then save it, open it, copy all the brushes. Open Computer>Crive>Program Files> Gimp> Share> Gimp> 2.0> brushes. Then paste your copied brushes into that folder you just opened.

If this doesnt help, you could just watch a youtube video. :3
