[Here's what I can come up with for that profile.]

Kimberly Lillian Isley:  A girl who spent much of her youth in woods close to her home because her relatives, a rocket-scientist dad, a neurosurgeon mom, and super-genius brothers, were always too busy to spend time with her.  These woods were abundant in plant-life and low on animals, so Kimberly started to connect more with plants than people.  As such, devoted her time, energy, education, and career to botanical research.  An accident involving some of the chemicals she was working with caused Kimberly to become a hybrid of human and plant genetic materials with a command over plants and a natural pheromone-based allure.  She then decides to use these gifts to protect the plant-life of her world from human pollution.  But since Kimberly's lineage is inherently inclined to helping humans in need, it keeps her from fully devoting herself to the plants.  As such, she's constantly at odds with herself about how to balance the needs of humanity with the needs of the world's flora.

[Also, perhaps the story could work in something where Poison Kim figures out that she's not in her own reality anymore and uses the identity of the local heroine to stock up on some chemicals needed for her research.]

Cool, I wonder if she'd get along with Shego now since they have stuff in common... they're both green and they both are evil while Shego is the one with the guy that has plant powers. I take that back, Shego would argue her Drakken is the better plant person while Poison Kim would simply try to control Drakken to prove her point, leading to a big fight!
