You'll be surprised that this "Chica" is actually just her nickname.
Other than that, she and her robot counterpart share a physical look other than one being a robot and the other being organic but their personalities are the same. "Chica's" simply likes to "start shit" and mess with people. Similar to how she spooks Kylie and scare the shit out of William.
She's essentially a bully.

Well, I've been in school where there were female students that picked on men. Especially when she cause fear in basically our football team. So, it instills the fact for me that women can be naturally assertive and domineering that most people try to tell ya otherwise.
It gives my version of "Chica" a better angle. Same with the fact that she can talk but not very often which will be revealed much later after Dio and Calo start working at Location 1. Anyway, we may delve into how her mind work.
Still, in this non-robot version, Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica are more "traveling murderers". They're kills are very low-profile so they're not on the lamb.
Sadly, she's suppose to be a bit chubbier because she's not suppose to have a "super model"-esque physique. It's suppose to be more of a "I eat a lot but I'll still beat the shit out of you".
