I am the character modeler for this project, so I can field your question directly. And thanks for the interest in my work.

I am pretty busy and hesitant to take on more (and I'm not the cheapest) but here is what I can tell you,
As a base of comparison, the above model would run around $200.
Things to keep in mind that would increase the price from there would be;
-UV mapping and material setup for export outside of blender.
-Rigging, though I am not the best rigger out there and wouldn't recommend getting me to do that in the first place.
-Schedule.

Also, I don't deal with money when it comes to copyright material, and I would need more information to process a proper estimate.

Understandable, $200 seems quite reasonable for what I can see here

I was hoping to get one of my OC's done up (Will have better reference by the time I have the money to pay for a 3d model)
Aside from the Digimon tag I gave my OC, he's technically an original property if I just call him Meta and drop the Digimon universe association- so no concerns with copyright there luckily

You and SinKunArts are the only modellers that look capable of producing something that isn't poorly proportioned XD

Not a problem, once I get my reference done- i'll send you a note just hope you're not too busy with Project Arc when I do
