"When she was 20, Chihana battled Kanu one more time in the fight that cost her eyesight and Kanu the sight in her left eye. She had to learn to hone her abilities and senses now that she could no longer see; through this training, she created the Zero Emission Field and the seals that keep her Magatama eyes from wasting her life energy and killing her. When Kanu finally became Lord of the Shiryu after the Revolution, Chihana finally got her due and was promoted to being the Supreme Commander of the Shiryu Special Forces, an honor she was denied by Kanu's mother because of her social status. Chihana does not get involved in the world's affairs; this is because Aurora's Chosen Hero, Dixie, has to accept the role given to her by fate. Chihana only gets involved if Dixie's life is in severe peril or if Kanu's hand is forced and she is ordered to get involved; otherwise, she is in different parts of the world doing the shadowy work of keeping the Shiryu safe."Thank you so much to @fleurashdesign Β for redesigning Chihana Shiryu for the New Continuity!
