Still playing around with the coloring style~I couldn't help NOT putting the white dots, so I tried to limit how many I used.
&& I think I got the hand of my new coloring style for the hair. :3
It could STILL use some work, but I think its much better than the last one I submitted.
As for the background, I just played around with filters on photoshop. xD
So that didn't take anytime. xD''
