Things I'm gonna do to it:
-Add a little shine to the black gloves,
-Detail the lips and horns a little more,
-Work on the shirt texture.
-Try making a background for it. (I NEED IDEAS!)

Nice! The only suggestion I can think of is maybe you should try making her right shoulder (our left) a little more slanted down instead of being so straight? I think it would make the pose a little more fluid that way.
Also if you need ideas for backgrounds you could always go on cgtextures.com that's were I always go C:
