Hot damn, I thought I never get this finished... I really suck at writing down my info, I usually better at having people ask me questions and answering them. However yes! This be the Mofo I'm entering in He's not a character all of you have seen however He's been used in various Rp's with a few friends and I figure I use him for this OCT.

BIO INFO

Name: Urobilin (Uro for Short)

Age: 19

Height: 6’3

Weight: 140lbs

Gender: Male

Species: Irken

Bio: Urobilin is an Irken of High status, his blood reins from Tallest Spork’s Bloodline. He is one of four candidates next in line in becoming the next head tallest. However unlike the other candidates who are determined to get the position. Uro just likes having the high status to get anything he wants fame, money, various beautiful men and women.

Unlike the other candidates who studied military tactics, history, or being the people’s voice. Uro decided on getting to know the medical knowledge of the Irken Military. Starting at a young age, he was taught various medical studies from some of the top doctors of the Irken Empire.

Currently right now he is in first place in the candidacy, with Segal in Second and Blue in third. He spends most of his time avoiding his candidate duties all for adventure and fun as well as flirting his way into the pants of various alien men and women.

Personality: Urobilin tends to act sweet with people. At least in the beginning, if you happen to meet his standards, He’ll hit on you… repeatedly and constantly try to flirt every second. However in the situation occurs he’ll act serious either with someone who’s hurt or has betrayed him. He’ll keep that smile on his face. However you’ll be able to detect the anger in his voice.

However his default expression and personality with everyone is usually happy, So most people can never tell if he’s in a bad mood or not.

Strengths: He has an extensive knowledge on the irken body, including where exactly to paralyze you if you threaten him. As well as know what arteries and ligaments you need to survive. He was also given some survival training when had as smeet and had to learn what It takes to survive under harsh enviorments.

Weaknesses:

*Uro is limited in sight, (hense the glasses) so he can see people when they are close to him

*He doesn’t fare well in long range battles which is why he prefers using his lightning stones to clear out and paralyze anyone nearby.

*He freaks out when he has no food, and would probably use most of his energy just spazzing.

*His flirting skills tend to distract him from the goal he tries to achieve, (in this case it will get him killed at some point)

Miscellaneous:

*Uro doesn’t tend to use weapons most of the time which is why he uses lighting stones that are attached to his clothes.

*The lighting stones are a type of stone that carry an electric current, if harnessed correctly can be used as a weapon. There are other various stones such as Wind, Water, and fire stones. However theses stones are only found in the mines of Planet Ouran. Where Uro usually goes on vacation.

*The stones are rechargeable as long as you combine it with the right element, Lighting can be only charged using actual lighting. While Water is chargeable with waters from lake or streams, and fire with actual fire itself.

* The stones are limited in power, so each time it’s used, it drains about 15 % each time. So each large stone has about 6 shots, and one small paralysis shot. While the smaller stones contain only 2 shots.

* Uro technically has a mate already, Lenia… However it’s a rather open relationship. They are together and they are allowed to screw others while they’re apart.

*He’s got an obsession in loving cute and rather adorable things. If you have something cute, or are branded cute, He’ll probably hug you and not let you go.

Weapons (located in his coat/pockets)

*Electric stones and Gloves - He has about 7 stones on him. However two of those on the bottom of his coat are drained so there is only 5 stones that are active. The stones can activate using the specialized gloves Urobilin wears to harness their energy into electrical blast to stun opponents.

Uro's immune to it due to the technology to safe guards Uro implanted on the gloves just in case the gloves were to malfunction. However the gloves can be rendered useless if put under a lot of electrical pressure. (Example: Uro using more then 50% of the stone's power instead of its usual 15% to stun) He can take them off to use the stones. But there are draw backs that he could stun himself at the same time when he uses it on an opponent. Which is why he uses the stones with the gloves on. The gloves can get wet making the electrical waves a lot stronger, however the electrical current tends to screw with the aiming which is why Uro tries not to get them wet.

*Electric Flail – This weapon can be used as a blunt object or when having one of the stones power it up it can be used to swing around really knock some sense into people.

*Twin guns – Two guns that have better far range.

*Bullets (6 pack of bullets) Bullets made of a strong alloy. Every pack has 12 bullets.

*Lenia (picture): Lenia is Urobilin’s mate, he dubs her as his ‘Amazon goddess’ after first meeting her on Kal'Xanadu...part prison world, part weapons testing bed. Everything there from the plants and trees to those monsters you encountered are bio-engineered. And what wasn't grown or born here was dropped here. She and Uro hooked up after they and Segal manage to get out of that planet alive. And they tend to see each other from time to time. He keep in touch with her whenever he can.

*Yellow rose: A yellow rose he keeps around, he has unlimited roses in those pockets of his.

*Tooty fruity fruit: A rather bitter fruit that gets sweeter as more you bite into it. They are found on the Planet Selva region. This rare fruit is harvested during the summer season, when the fruit grows pump and juicy.

Red Tooty Fruity fruit: The genderbent fruit, one bite has you transformed into a female for a week. The red leaves have a rather sweet taste and tend to healing properties if used correctly.

Black Tooty Fruity Fruit: An Aphrodisiac fruit, one bit has the one that eats it in a rather horny state wanting to screw the nearest person. The effects last a day, thankfully. The Black leaves it has a bitter taste however it helps cures stamina and gives a person an Energy boost.

The Tallest Candidacy - The tallest candidacy makes the tallest smeet from each of the previous and current tallest go into missions and are given certain test to prove they are able to not only survive in the universe but are able to order others efficiently for both the empire and its people.

Tallest Gene: It’s the specific gene that makes a tallest Tall. The way I see it when smeets are born they are checked for abnormality or deformations both physically, mentally, and genetically. However a smeet born with the tallest gene it governs that it has a chance in becoming the next head tallest.
Planet Ouran: A planet in the northern quadrant, It’s an orchard based planet with vast minerals and big mountains. The planet is mostly used in mining the rich soil and metals for various ships and currency.
