Key things to note:
DO NOT PUT AN IMAGE OF YOUR CHARACTER AT THE TOP. The judges want to fall in love with your CHARACTER, not with your art. So keep images at the bottom. YOU MAY POST YOUR CHARACTER IMAGE SEPARATE FROM YOUR CHARACTER INFORMATION. However, they must be two different deviations. Do NOT put your character information in the comments! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE THIS EXACT FORMAT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO. This is just to give you an idea of what the content should be and how it should be ordered. If you DO want to use this format, you may download the .psd file to use the layers directly if you so wish. The image is the least important part of the audition. You'll need to get a complete version up before Round One begins in April, but we won't penalize an entry that is complete except for the character drawing.

If I want to keep my OC's mutation a secret until the acutal battle, can I just write on my OCprofile sheet "mutation hidden" or something like that?

Yes, provided you:
1) Provide the details on the mutation in your note to the judges. You can keep secrets from your friends, but not from your Judges.
2) At the start of each round, you MUST send information on your mutation to your opponent AND CC the Host, RobinRone, in your note. If this doesn't happen within the first few days, the Host will have to start bugging you, and you don't want the Host to do that. It makes her cranky. Rocks could fall, and fatalities ensue..."

Technically, it means "Carbon Copy". In current terms, it means that you must send the Note to BOTH the judges and whichever opponent you will face that round.

Is it encouraged that our characters have some sort of physical mutation? The one I have in mind wouldn't really show.

You are encouraged to have CREATIVE mutations. How they manifest is entirely up to you, and do not have to be obvious.

let me see if I got it right...
we must write on the picture about our chara characteristics, like the story, the relationships, their fears, etc.
Then I list the skills, abilities, and finally the TWBII mutations...but I must make a drawing of my chara about how he/she looks before the mutations, and another one about how he/she looks before it?
and after that, can I send another entry just with my character poses, or techniques on drawings? I mean just graphic reference?

You can have as many graphic references as you want. If you wish, you may post the information on history, personality, skills, and TWBII mutation as a literary Deviation, and link to all images separately. The judges do not want to have any images at the top of reference sheets, because we'd rather fall in love with the character, not with the design.
At minimum for images, you must have what they look like prior to infection. If their physical form changes drastically after potential TWBII infection, an image of that form must also be provided.

Thank you for including artists willing to help with illustrations!
I was wondering if there might be a resource for writers, like a list of people who would be willing to beta read written entries? This is the first OCT that I'll be participating in, and although I am familiar with creative writing I'm not familiar with this format. The last thing I want to do is make my character too powerful or too weak, but I don't know where the perimeters are for that within this context.

I was actually thinking of putting up a request for betas, as a good editor can be a great resource. I wasn't planning on doing anything for the audition phase, though. If you haven't already, you might want to look at the Criteria Conference that the Judges did, to explain exactly what they are looking for and how they are interpreting the judging criteria. Um, I'd also like to ask... what happened to Zeus and Hera? I mean, you said that Poseidon died, but considering Zeus and Hera were one of the original five born of Cronos and Rhea, shouldn't they be in here somewhere?

three questions: im assuming that before the infection our "abilities" must be believable in human limtations. So no fire breathing, but they can be strong, smart, or really handsome right?
and secondly, i read over the infection info., and just to clarify, after the infections our character can breath fire, control water, etc.?
and is this in somewhat modern times?

First question: Nope. They can be anything you want them to be. If you want them to be fire-breathing dimension hopping six-legged fuzz-balls from Mars prior to infection, you can do that.
Second Question: After infection, ANYTHING can change about your character. Their physical form, their abilities, their mind, their memories, their emotions, their way of interacting with the world, their relation to physical laws...think X-men, but with less limitations. The infection results also don't have to GOOD. The result is limited only to what you can come up with.
Third question: Yes. Although the time/planet/dimension your character comes from can be anywhere and any-when. To see more on the environment, please see the F.A.Q.: [link]

No. Only one G.O.D. per customer, and one Yarn Ball. If you want to have multiple G.O.D.s involved in the convincing process you may, but only one may give them the device to transport them to a cell.

Just a question....but about that TBWII....The effect of this..thing....doesn't need to be positive? can it also causes someting bad with you'r character?

YES. Yes it can. Very much so. It causes mutations with NO discernible consistent results. Which means that "positive" and "negative" effects are mostly determined by what you do with whatever random state you end up in.

Yes. All characters must be fully characterized, as though you were submitting them individually.

If you're concerned about looks, don't be. You may post a literature entry of the content and then a separate deviation of the image (don't just do a picture with the info in the comments). We don't care about the looks of an entry, just its contents.

See, I want to save some of the personality and description of my characters (they're twins) for my entry. Is that okay?

Meaning, you'd like to characterize them in the story portion? If that's what I'm understanding, then that's fine. You can always grow on what you include in the character sheet, but there needs to be a baseline. This reference will not only serve as an audition piece, but also as a tool for other contestants for their rounds in the future. You need to give them a general idea of who they're dealing with, but you don't have to bear every secret of their souls either.

I know this is a big ask, but is it at all possible to keep my character's TWBII mutation secret from all but the judges and my opponents? As in, send a separate, secret file to the judges/any opponents with that information on it, keeping it secret from others? I have got so many ideas for twists in how the mutation develops and it'd be great if I could reveal it through the story and not through a character sheet.

YES, you may keep it secret, provided you do as you suggested and
1) Send those details to the Judges
2) Send details to any opponents you face and CC the Host *RobinRone on the Note.

You can keep some of it separately, but you need to give others an idea of at least how it starts (Phase I of N phases, if you will) so as to not handicap your opponents. Otherwise they will have nothing to work with in their own entries. After that point, you can reveal as you go.

I don't have a stencil font, could you possibly link to a download of the one used or is it okay if I substitute it with a different stencil font?

Any font is fine. This is not intended as a guideline for looks, only for type of content and the order it should be presented. If you wanted to make the entire thing the colors of the rainbow in the shape of a cloud with the craziest font you could find, it would be fine as long as it had the correct content in the correct order.
