1) Sonic only likes Amy as a friend, that's it. JUST a friend.

Finally, someone reveals the truth to why Sonamy doesn't work!
Don't get me wrong, I like Amy, but her fanbase is appalling. Especially when Archie Comics Sonic writers were Sonamy fans and tried to write Sally off as a bad character.
And it isn't wrong to have Sonic and Amy as just friends. Thank goodness the IDW comics show this.

I'm indifferent to Amy. A part of me says she's better than Princess Peach, while the other says Amy can be real annoying at time. I obviously prefer Amy Lee, you know, Ms. Wake Me Up Inside.
The games feature that as well. Amy's love will never be requited.
No. What I mean is I don't SHIP Shadow with anyone. Romantically, Shadow doesn't need anyone. But I do like the relationships he has with Maria, Rouge and Omega. And his rivalry with Sonic is all the more fascinating.

Well, Amy is a bit better than Peach when looking at which can hold out their own, but let's be honest, Peach isn't really a fighter, which is why she's so easy to kidnap. Never mind the Smash games, Peach is always trying to keep peace in her kingdom. Why do you think she never fights back when Bowser comes to kidnap her?
Honestly, you want a real annoying Amy, take a look at Boom Amy. The bossy boots version. I'd take to Sonic sniff out Amy any day on that part. (Still think IDW's portrayal of Amy is better though because it shows she's finally accepted that Sonic doesn't share the same feelings and she's fine with it)

Aye. Amy may still love Sonic, but she's matured a lot since her debut, and I'll be honest, I like this more mature Amy because she actually shows she cares for the others than just Sonic. Back in the day, the only ones she cared for were Sonic, Cream, Big and only Shadow a little. Now, she has a great relationship with Tails and Knux, and has come to terms with Sonic.
True that, Shadow's too much of a lone wolf to get in a relationship, and having that he's part alien, he physically can't. Plus, let's be honest, when you see a close friend die right in front of you, and you try to take your vengeance out like Shadow did, there's no coming back.

No. It's because she can't. Even if she wants to, Princess Peach doesn't retaliate because she knows if she was to do so, it puts her subjects at risk. Yes, Bowser attacks them anyway, but if she was to show resistance and do Mario's job, Bowser could threaten the Toads and turn them into mushroom soup if Peach fights back. Think about it, she's a princess, and as princess, it's her duty to keep her subjects safe, and if she was to fight back at a threat by an act of violence, it puts her subjects at risk because they could be killed in the crossfire.
That's the difference between Peach and Amy. Amy doesn't have these duties which is why she retaliates. Peach has these duties that bound her down to avoid putting her subjects at risk by trying to fight Bowser.
The worst version of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy. I mean, what the heck were they trying to do with Boom?!

Don't compare a character with someone that has no similarity to them. You want someone to compare with Amy, take a look at the likes of Mallow and Serena from Pokemon.
Mallow, a young springy girl who does her best to help everyone and brings a smile with her wherever she goes. She's as energetic as Amy and throughout the Sun and Moon Anime, she grows like Amy does.
Serena, a girl who develops a crush on Ash, and throughout her time with him, her crush on him deepens to the point that she gives him a goodbye kiss offscreen (nobody knows whether it was on the lips or on the cheek. Likeliness it was on the cheek) Her crush on Ash is similar to Amy's crush on Sonic.

Boostless - Heroes, Shadow the EDGEhog, Sonic 06, Secret Rings and Black Knight.
Boost - Rush, Rush Adventure, Unleashed, Colours, Generations and Forces.

Heroes, not too bad.

Secret Rings, a little difficult and I think the boosts would have made it worse.

Overrated Character: Metal Sonic (Okay, he's not necessarily bad, and I get he was one of the first, but it's literally just robot Sonic.)
Underrated Character: Shahra (SATSR) or Big.
Favorite Game: Honestly, it's a tie between Colors & Secret Rings.
Favorite Couple: Antoine D'Coolette X Bunnies Rabbot (Couldn't think of anything better.)
Favorite Villian: Eggman/Robotnik (Preferably the AOSTH Version)
Despised ANYTHING: I don't swing that way. Although... Forces came close. (Massive Disappointment.)
