The oldest alphabet in all of Dragobeastia. This codex goes back to the first age of Dragobeastia over 10,000 years ago. It's unclear how it came it being, but some legends tell that it was written by the immortal being simply known as "the Prophet". The very first immortal in all the world and the most wisest of all. The Ancient Codex was last used over 4,000 years ago. Then the new alphabet replaced the codex thanks to "the Masters". An order of wise and powerful wizards. But those who still speak, read, or write the ancient codex bare a powerful legacy and a mark tattoo. (You'll see it later on)
