It could use some improvement. Like the face for example. The face looks good but I think the face is too close to the cheeks and that makes the head look big.

I agree, tbh. It's really kinda hard drawing on a 3ds. XD Unfortunately, I kinda already finished it a few months ago, but maybe I'll give this another go cuz Pikachu's worth it, lol.
