Description
Some folks do fanart of classic comic characters.Others draw up stuff for their favorite movies or tv shows.
I draw fanart of an obscure turtle from an old (an kinda' famous) Civil Defense public safety film. = P
This little guy would be Bert the Turtle from the film short "Duck and Cover". I saw it as a kid (in school, no less) and watch it every now and again. If you haven't seen it before, look it up and watch it. Old school ephemera from a different time.

Drawn on scratch paper, inked in Illustrator and colored in Fireworks. I tried out layering some old paper on it to give it an aged look. Still need to tweak it a bit.
