I ain't gonna tell you yet on how she got her suit, but I'd like you folks to tell me about my thoughts of giving her goggles.If I give her goggles, it'll look too gimmicky.
However
If I don't, then what's the point of concealing the identity of a vigilante?

The goggles is a nice gimmick for speed. They can be optional . Try drawing just the head with and without the goggles being shown.. And if ya draw 'em, draw another head with the goggles covering the eyes
As for the suit, totally sexy and suitting ;D
