Description
This is a basic render of my 3D Studio Max model of the NOSTROMO ship from the movie "ALIEN".The model is available if you would like to email me. It was on my website (MOVIE MESH SITE) but the site is currently down till I find a new host.
The model took a long time to create and has a huge poly count but it hasnt been optimised in any way yet. If you would like the job, please let me know!

Its an long time favorite ship. What i really like about this Universe is there isnt weapons strapped to everything.

Hi. I used the Halcyon model kit as a direct reference. Near the end I was in contact with Martin Bower (model maker who made the original for the movie) and he sent me reference pictures. By then it was too late to make major changes so its a copy of the model more than the movie version. I still like it though.

About a year. But there were long times in between when i didnt work on it so it wasnt that bad.
