45 minutes, Oil > Camel Hair 10/20 tool the whole time (aside from under drawing of pencil). I'm still working on finding my tools of choice as far as the paint brushes go. I can't make that sargeant tool go the same way geeseinthegraveyard does, he's a magician with it.

Speaking of sargeant, i saw a great sargeant at the museum at UVM a while back. I love how he kind of stretches them out, it's beautiful, kind of greek goddess look. Plus he's got plenty of detail that your eye builds, it's like so detailed but when you get close you realize your eye is building like half of it.

I got in a mad rush in the end cause i wanted to re-do the face. I think it worked out for me, cause it turned out pretty expressive which I'm quite pleased with, I think there's OK movement. I'm starting to get into the whole color thing. Sure, it's not perfect skin tone, but, I don't think it's "band-aid" skin tone either.

If there's an area i'm not happy with it, it's just above the right breast as we view it. It's a little flat.

Gah, I'll put "adult content" even though this isn't some retarded overly sexual thing. It's just art. Figures are not "adult content" we're all born naked.

Also, DA makes you choose some retarded extra category when you do: Digital Art > Paintings > People now, now you have to choose after that sci-fi, pin ups, or some other garbage, none of which describes my stuff. So, this goes in drawings. It's all drawings to me. Every good painting starts as a good drawing *thumbs up*
