It's been a minute. I've been working on a lot the last few months, unfortunately most of it of a different variety. Discovering new resources has spawned a lot of new learning processes. I've tried completing a couple of pieces the last few months, but none ever made it through to the final stages. I've even attempted building some licensed stuff from scratch, but the end result ended up being not worth the time.

I thought I would at least kick something out using some of the stuff I've learned or worked on. This shot has almost no licensed content left. All that remains is Ayane's Face & Hair. I started crafting some Genesis 3 assets to match DOA proportions, and build up a lot of resources to make life easier to convert Daz3D items to Blender. I've finally started learning how to use HDRI's as well as learning how to implement Depth of Field to make backgrounds not look so sharp. Also I applied the Displace modifier to adjust the water which is bearing some new material practice as well.
