But, to answer it here- Depends on the length/amount of panels. for example: if it's a Comic
Taking screen shots for six panels with variation takes more time compared to taking screenshots for one panel 

Single panels such as these can take longer if more models are involved

Also takes longer if external factors beyond my control are involved.{Heat, busyness}

Content varies too. A barefoot pic takes a fraction of the time it takes to do a one shoe pic.

TL;DR:  Half an hour for a panel? Open program, load stuff, pose, screenshot,load in comipo, write dialogue, upload.
