I believe that you have A LOT of potential, so... I'm going to be "hard". Excuse my english, if I make mistakes ^_^.
The drawing is so expressive (that's a part of the "art" that you have under control!!), and I really love the "fan" perspective of the background!!! But there are a few little issues with anatomiy. Even i a cartoonish artwork like these one, there are some "rules" that will improve the quility of the final result. Take care with the construction of the shoulders and hips, 'cos a "broken" appearence makes the figure seem with funny bone shapes.
About the color, next time try a most obvious source for the light!! That will help you to define better the shapes and volumes!
