Its been a while since I've done a proper artwork for one of my favorite Street Fighter characters!
OK I need to get this out of my head. I am not satisfied AT ALL with this fan-art, I don't like to identify R. Mika as just sex appeal, cause in my perspective she is much more than that! I wanted her to be more muscle than sex! I did not use any reference at all when I was making this drawing, but in the end I'm disappointed at how it turned out.
