Wow.... I went to the grand canyon many years ago, though I dont remember much other than the fact that it didn't impress me. This picture does, however.

This is a good shot. I'm surprised it didn't make the front page.

Wow, you got some skill w/ the camera. This is a side I've never seen of the grand canyon before. Youve got my heart in most of you're pictures, mainly because they have to do with landscapes. All I can think of is how awesome all the picutures I've seen so far are so magnificently beautiful. Keep up the work.

oh my lord ... I love how you captured this picture! People ussually get that western orange color to photos of the grand canyon but you seemed to bring out a brownish color! I really love this photo! I think I might be going to the Grand Canyon this summer.

Love the almost lifeless, tone of the picture, great vantage point for such a scene, really shows the canyons scale, one of my favs from your trip away..

It's look like the end of the world on 2,682m (8,799 ft) length 440 km
Imagine picture from this holy place - Great Canyon of Yarlung Tsangpo (Brahmaputra) River in Himalayas (Tibet). Its depth reaches 5,382m (17,657 ft) and it has a total length of 496.3km!

you know what I really like of this serie?

It was not taken at midday as the most part of the Gran Canyon shots we see around.

This light is really great and gives a kind of surreal mood to the scene. And besides I think it improves depth modeling the terrain!
