Since her first appearing, Chronoa has displayed incredible feats of power befitting her title of the Supreme Kai of Time. Chronoa's role is to manage the flow of time throughout the universe (if not the MULTIVERSE), as well as to take care of the Time Nest, Time Vault, Time Eggs, and TokiToki; which often leaves her taking a passive role within the main story. However, as the Supreme Kai of Time, Chronoa has the power to erase alternate timelines and remove other anomalies created by time travel and/or alterations of history, though she can choose to leave them as they are as she did with Future Trunks' time because she understood the greater good he was attempting to do; as well as her understanding the fact that "history", as a concept, is something shaped by events and possibilities, and how many of those there are that can happen.

This is especially true in her "Time Power Unleashed" form, demonstrating a level of power beyond all other Kai -- and potentially rivals that of the Gods.

Chronoa's Time Power Unleashed transformation allows her to surpass her natural restrictions and gain complete control over time in the multiverse. Enough to even seal entire realms of reality.

Factoring in the extent of her abilities when she transforms into the Time Power Unleashed form, her power is comparable to Dragon Ball's Gods of Destruction, but in a fight, her sense of duty would likely hold her back. Despite having the ability to erase certain elements of the timeline she decides are disturbances, Chronoa would not likely take advantage of this unless forced to.
