Ribrianne (Brianne De Chateau) is a person who believes love and happiness are the most important emotions, and as such, wanted to win the Tournament of Power so she could ask the Super Dragon Balls to make her a goddess of love for all universes. However, Brianne has a shallow and superficial understanding of the concept, as she appears to understand love as "love for herself only" and her teammates, as she cares more about outer beauty than inner beauty.
After being eliminated and seeing Krillin and 18's happy relationship, she thinks to herself that maybe there are other types of love she isn't aware of.

So, when she hears that there was someone in another dimension (Ashura Otosuki) who felt love was the best course to take the world enough to reincarnate until they can manage to prove that, she can't resist.

After finding the current incarnation, Brianne takes him home with her to Universe 2, shrinks him to the size of a toy, and puts them in a dollhouse town in order to keep him. Looming over the dollhouse town, she tells Naruto one thing:

"You're gonna LOVE it here with me, Little Cutie!"
